We tailor our sessions to the skill level of the player we are teaching.
If you are a beginner, your workout will consist of basic basketball fundamentals such as triple threat, shooting form, and ball handling. Intermediate players will start to work on rips to the basket out of triple threat, shooting on the move, and a more challenging version of ball handling. If you are an advanced player, there are a variety of skills we can work on. These can include multi-step moves getting to the rim, advanced technique shooting (which features adding spin to the ball while finishing and getting the release quicker), and ball handling with multiple balls.
These training sessions are not set in stone and can fluctuate based on the child's strengths and weaknesses. If the child is strong in one area, we will focus on another while polishing the one they are already good at.
