Rebounding is all about positioning and timing, and good footwork can help you get to the right place at the right time. To improve your rebounding footwork, practice jump stops, box-out steps, and back-pedalling. These moves will help you develop the footwork necessary to get into position for rebounds and secure the ball for your team.
