At A&K, we strive to teach the love and skills of basketball and arm our players with the tools they need to win at the game of life.
Fun Fact
Did you know that A&K isn’t named after our founders A’Darius and Kofi? We are really named after Attitude & Knowledge. Our name actually stands for Attitude & Knowledge. We believe that a great deal can be learned from sports, such as how to face adversity, perseverance, self-identity, work ethic, emotional stability, and strength of character. This is why we are devoted to the success of every one of our players, on and off the court.

We have been working on updating our systems to make it even more accessible than ever to book and pay for training sessions. That’s why we are very excited to introduce our brand new website and app to you!

Did you know that we have a shooting gun?
The shooting gun is a great way to get in a serious amount of shooting repetitions to help your form – and we all know that practice – tons of it – makes perfect. It saves time in practice – think about equaling the number of reps of approximately eight practices into one! It also keeps track of attempts and buckets and gives you an edge over advantages that a rival player might have, such as size or athleticism. A player that can shoot is downright deadly.
